| For out of town buyers I can take pictures of any home that you are interested in, sometimes the pictures located online do not do the homes justice. I will take more pictures than the MLS allows and make a slide show for you to view. Also knowing about the community is important I always recommend researching the community which I have provided the link for you. I will drive the community to show you what it has to offer you, which I believe will help you make an educated decision. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| In todays real estate world protecting you clients best interest is key, that is one of the reasons I provide these extra services. Another key service I provide is video taping your inspection and checking the appliances in the home at the time of the inspection has well has at the final walk through. It does not happen offer but I would really hate for appliances to change at sometime before the home closes.
