I first got my start in real estate when I was a child, my parents bought a duplex. We lived in one half and a renter lived in the other half. It was not until I was an adult and moved from San Diego to Las Vegas that I made my first jump into real estate. I was working for Lennar/US Homes Las Vegas Sign I was an assistant construction manager, which basically means I assistant in the overseeing and building of a new home. It was fun but I saw and felt I would better assist people from the sales side. I went to school past my licensing test and got my license. Shortly there after I made the transition form the construction department to the sales department. However do to the economy real estate became tough in Las Vegas and around the country so I was laid off has part of the downsizing of the homebuilding industry. I later went to work for Kimball Hill Homes but when they went out of business I was laid off once again. This time I was going to work for myself, by which I mean work for YOU.
